This website documents the history and reawakening of Moulin à Vent and communicates the independent modern MÀV project. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

HISTORICAL ACCURACY

Historical material is assembled from developing sources and may contain gaps, uncertainty, conflicting accounts, or errors. Dates, captions, attribution and other records may be corrected as better evidence becomes available. Nothing on the site is represented as an exhaustive historical record.

MAPS + ROUTES

Voyage routes, waypoints and map summaries are editorial historical representations. Some are verified, while others are approximate or based on archival reference. They are not navigation charts and must not be used for marine navigation, safety, routing, or operational decisions.

Historical photographs, films, documents, names and other third-party material may remain protected by copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other interests held by their respective owners. Inclusion does not transfer rights or establish that material is free to reuse.
